Eames Consulting is partnering with a reputable Lloyd’s Syndicate to appoint a Compliance Officer in multiple locations, including London, York, and Colchester.

We are seeking compliance generalists to support the Head of Compliance with a solid understanding of the PRA/FCA Handbook, Sanctions, and Financial crime.

Requirements include but are not limited to: *Analyse regulatory publications, engage with industry groups, and address business queries on PRA/FCA standards and internal policies.
*Investigate sanctions and financial crime matters, offering expertise to the business.
*Recommend control enhancements for consistent customer outcomes.
*Deliver insights on regulatory developments for management reporting.
*Develop compliance training materials and integrate changes into first-line processes.
