Associate, Recovery and Resolution Planning

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our Office of Recovery and Resolution Planning. This role is located in Manchester - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
• Administration and Control *Develop proficiency in project management tools and methods used by ORRP to support access, setup and training to end users.
*Support the Business Continuity Plan in Fusion including the monitoring, updating, and testing of the Recovery and Resolution Planning Function.
*Support the oversight, updating, and validation of record management File Plans for ORRP within the File Plan Database.
*Support the oversight and updating of ORRP policy, procedures, and processes while ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, controls, and best practices to support a strong risk mitigation environment. Support ORRP Audit, Risk and Regulatory requests.
Project Management Support *Support project management services related to the coordination, development, and closure of the Bank’s recovery and resolution plan programs including: *Development and management of project plans and CAIR logs
*Facilitating project coordination calls
*Collation of presentations and meeting materials.
*Compilation of submissions and data from project stakeholders on assigned work streams
*Quality Assurance process for recovery and resolution plans.
*Supporting plan governance and approval process - engaging with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of approvals.

Other RRP Deliverables *Support the Assurance Framework
*Support ad-hoc analysis across a range of recovery and resolution planning deliverables.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Some work experience with large financial services organizations preferred
• Experience creating project plans and providing management with periodic status updates *A quick learner with good attention to detail who can work in a dynamic environment across a range of assignments requiring effective collaboration
