Role Overview
The firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its Project Management team in London. This position will play a key role in managing fundraising projects and collaborating with the distribution team and clients to ensure a seamless, transparent fundraising process. Candidates will be required to complete the CISI qualifications (CF 30 equivalent).
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
*Lead project management of fundraising projects, working directly with clients and the distribution team.
*Prepare marketing and due diligence materials, including offering materials, presentations, and DDQs.
*Develop timely investor updates throughout the fundraising process.
*Maintain open and regular communication with clients, responding to RfPs and due diligence inquiries.
*Ensure compliance with fund regulations across EU jurisdictions.
*Follow internal project tracking and monitoring processes to maintain organisational efficiency.
*Conduct research to identify and engage with new investors.
*Participate in sales outreach activities as opportunities arise, gaining exposure to the sales function.
Qualifications and Experience:
*Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, investor relations, or a related client-facing role in private markets, investment banking, asset management, or accounting.
*Strong due diligence, research, data-mining, and financial modelling skills.
*Familiarity with alternative investment markets and fund compliance across EU jurisdictions.
*Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proven interpersonal abilities.
*Highly organised, motivated, and capable of working collaboratively in an entrepreneurial environment.
