We are seeking someone to join our Risk team as an Associate in Enterprise Network Services (ENS) to facilitate Risk management and Network Security Governance practices across the organization. The role will support the Network Security agenda across multiple teams, ensuring that risks are identified, controlled, managed, and reported.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Technical Program Management position at Associate level, which is part of the job family responsible for overseeing and leading the execution of multiple projects and/or programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Includes program management and related project support roles.

What you’ll do in the role:
• Contribute to the function through complex project tasks and initiatives.
• Interact regularly with team members and occasionally leadership on a range of topics.
• Lead comprehensive risk assessments for critical Network Security functions.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the risk management framework.
• Coordinate the organization’s response to significant risk events.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of risk strategies with business objectives.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level team members.
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance risk management practices.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to risk management.
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Ability to process information, translate into plans and present summaries to stakeholders.
• Experienced understanding of business line and discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Network Security/Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in leading risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements and industry standards in network security risk and network segmentation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in the execution of network risk initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience in reporting to senior management.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior staff in network risk practices.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
