You will report directly into two Partners of the group in a recruitment role, working across the full lifecycle of a placement.
Your clients will be leading global names in Asset Management and Alternatives. You will have exposure to both Contingency and Executive Search mandates.
Responsibilities including:
*Preparing for new business pitches
*Searching for and screening candidates
*Working on live roles, and placing candidates
*Networking candidates and clients to grow the business
Ideal background:
*Excellent academics are essential: should have a degree or equivalent and top grades strongly preferred
*Excellent communication and written skills
*Desire to work in a commission based environment
