This is an exceptional opportunity to join a boutique Hedge Fund in London and cover a broad range of responsibilities (across mostly Fund Reporting but also some Corporate Reporting duties).
The role will operate within a lean, dynamic team and report directly to the COO. Given the company’s complex structure and diverse, evolving investment strategies, this position will be pivotal in supporting the launch of new investment vehicles, collaborating with fund administrators to establish new reporting frameworks and working closely with Portfolio Managers to deliver insightful analysis on their portfolios. On a day-to-day basis, you will have full ownership of the NAV process, ensuring precise valuation and reporting. Additionally, you will oversee the firm’s corporate accounting functions, including FCA filings and the preparation of monthly management accounts.
The team are looking for a qualified finance professional (ACA/CIMA/CPA etc.) with 2+ years experience working in a fund focused role within a hedge fund. You should have strong academics and excellent communication skills. Previous experience leading process improvement projects is highly desirable, with some exposure to coding languages (VBA/SQL/Python etc).
