Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
*Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualisations using Power BI.
*Extract and manipulate data using SQL and Excel to provide meaningful insights.
*Analyse large datasets to track business performance, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
*Serve as the main SME on data change projects and work with a wide range of stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure accurate, timely delivery of MI reports.
*Ensure data integrity and consistency across various sources, contributing to process improvements and efficiency.
Requirements
*Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL is essential.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
*Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
*A background in insurance, finance, or related regulated field.

Please note, the role is hybrid with 3 days per week expected in the Manchester office. Occassional travel to Leeds may be required too.
