Job Overview:
We seek a passionate and motivated individual to lead our sales efforts across the different business units and drive new business across Europe. This role would work alongside our marketing manager and senior staff. You’ll need a good understanding of the advertising and marketing world, understanding how we can effectively position the agency’s offer to prospective clients

Responsibilities: *You’ll be engaging with marketing directors, attending networking events, managing a sales pipeline, building key relationships as well as bringing relevant industry contacts
*Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the entire agency, but with a focus on media planning and buying
*Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers within the agency
*Manage the full sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation
*Develop and implement strategic solutions to meet client needs and drive business growth
*Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
About the candidate: *A willingness to get stuck in from day one and work to key sales KPIs, driven and energetic individual with a can-do attitude
*A good understanding of the advertising, marketing landscape and practices, especially in digital media
*A proven track record of securing new business with multinational companies
*The ability to develop and implement strategic solutions, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and clients with ease
*Proven success in solution-based sales and contract negotiation
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable communicating at all levels, including with senior decision-makers
