We are currently seeking a dedicated Client Services Representative to join our ICS Client Services Team in London. In this role, you will serve as the first line of contact for global custodian client inquiries via telephone and email, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities:

• Promptly and accurately resolve email inquiries from clients regarding their proxy voting requirements.

• Ensure all email and telephone inquiries meet high standards and fulfill client expectations.

• Take ownership of complex inquiries, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and appropriate responses.

• Produce client reports based on systematic and manual output.

• Issue event-specific email alerts to clients with relevant supporting documentation for proxy voting.

• Process ad hoc administrative requests from clients in line with predefined Service Level Agreements.

• Coordinate and participate actively in client meetings and service review discussions.

• Track client issues/requests, monitor progress, and ensure successful completion.

• Assist with client onboarding/conversions and provide demonstrations to new clients via WebEx and conference calls.

Skills/Competencies:

• Proven proficiency in managing large volumes of client inquiries by email.

• Passionate about driving high client satisfaction and advocacy.

• Self-initiated to gain necessary knowledge in a changing environment.

• Solution-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident and articulate.

• Attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Experience in a financial service environment, especially in Client Services, Asset Servicing, Custody Servicing, or Proxy Voting, is advantageous.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a client service and/or sales-related role.

• Fluency in European language(s) would be beneficial.

• Degree or above in a relevant field.
