Job Description:
You will be joining a team who provide physical or financial risk management/hedging services to companies across Europe that have price exposure to gas, power, liquified natural gas and environmental products.

What role will you play?

You will be responsible for liaising directly with clients and prospective clients of the bank, to discuss their energy related exposures, and how Macquarie’s EMEA gas and power trading desk may be able to help them risk manage their exposures.
You will also be working on providing credit and capital into the energy value chain through access to market or financing structures, as well as working on both "flow" sales and origination/structuring of more complex transactions.

What you offer

*Experience in either gas, power, liquified natural gas or environmental markets ideally in sales/origination
*Understanding of deal lifecycle (onboarding, documentation, execution and post trade requirements)
*Understanding of counterparty credit and legal documentation
*European language skills is helpful
*Ability to identify commercial opportunities, market trends, and finding risk management solutions for clients
