Job Description:
Interpath in Ireland is seeking graduates from accounting, finance, commerce and other business and law related courses for our 2025 graduate intake.
Interpath provides critical financial advisory and restructuring services to clients globally and locally. We have a growing international presence and currently have 16 offices across Ireland, the UK, France, and the Caribbean.
Interpath’s graduate programme is ideally suited to candidates who wish to pursue an ACA accounting qualification alongside gaining hands-on experience.
As part of the graduate programme, you will: *Assist in strategically advising companies in the restructuring context
*Work with client teams and other professional advisors
*Work on formal insolvency appointments
*Work on the winding down of businesses across a range of sectors on a solvent and insolvent basis
*Work on independent business reviews
Your role will be challenging and rewarding in an ever-changing environment. You will be engaged in a wide range of assignments that provide exposure to a number of industries both nationally and internationally. There may be the potential of working overseas.
Study leave, extensive training and support will be provided to ensure you are in the best position to obtain your Chartered Accountants Ireland qualification.
A mentor from our senior management team will be assigned to you to provide support, guidance and advice, and will work with you throughout your training contract.
Graduates gain exposure to financial analysis, company legislation, insolvency mechanisms and project management skills while learning to deal with a range of difficult and technical situations. This experience provides graduates with a broad commercial awareness and understanding of the challenges facing businesses today. Successful candidates will be joining a leading practice and will gain hands on experience right from the start.

Requirements *Have a minimum 2.1 University degree
