Job Overview:
The Project Management Officer (PMO) will play a critical role in supporting the Senior Director in managing multiple brand incubation projects. The role involves coordinating across various internal departments and assisting in project execution, product public relations (PR), and team management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their project management skills while working closely with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management Support:

a. Assist the Senior Director in managing SHEIN brands incubation projects, ensuring timely coordination between internal departments such as Legal, Tax, Finance, Marketing, and Product.

b. Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration across teams to ensure project milestones are met.

c. Track project progress, prepare reports, and escalate issues to the Senior Director when necessary.

2. Product PR Development:

a. Support the development and execution of product PR strategies to ensure that the brand PR and Marketing teams have access to the most updated and relevant content.

b. Collaborate with the product leadership team to align PR efforts with overall product and brand goals.

c. Assist in organizing PR campaigns, media events, and product launches as needed.

3. Management Support:

a. Provide day-to-day support to the Senior Director in managing team-related responsibilities, such as performance management, team development, and resource allocation.

b. Help organize team meetings, training sessions, and other activities to enhance team collaboration and performance.

c. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Key Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience:2-3 years of experience in project management, brand management, or related areas.

? Experience in cross-functional team coordination and project execution is a plus.

? Exposure to PR or Marketing projects is beneficial.

• Skills:Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

? Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

? Proficiency in project management tools and software.

? Mandarin speakers preferred
