Job Description:
The aim for this hire is to help the ORM team adequately monitor and challenge the Operational Risks for the bank.
The role:
*Facilitation of risk assessments with business units and support functions, including full end to end transaction lifecycle reviews.
*Timely capture and review of operational risk events, with appropriate escalation and root cause trend analysis.
*Manage the scenario analysis process which feeds into the Bank’s ICAAP.
The suitable candidate:
*5-10 years experince in Risk & Contols ideally in PB & Transactional banking
*Knowledge of Regulatory risk and bnaking infrastructure
*Deep knowledge of operational risk methodologies and principles
