The role:
*Work with business leaders and various teams to create and maintain presentation materials, investor reporting and other investor communications
*Contribute to business development initiatives, support the fundraising team and senior leadership with various projects
*It is a hybrid Client Service, Sale Support and Investor Relations role. They are looking to shift the responsibilities slightly to give them more asset raising tasks for existing clients in the future.
*Be point of contact and maintain good relationships with current clients and prospective clients.
*Liaise with all the PMs and work with all heads of departments, so professionalism and confidence to gather the required information is key.
*This team do the entire end to end client lifecycle: pitch, prospectuses, DDQs, RFPs, ad hoc questions, on boarding, then all on going investor communications and servicing, included reporting and any bespoke servicing.
You will be:
*Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in investor relations or client services
*Must have private credit experience.
*An effective team player, contributing to a positive team culture
*Client focused with a professional mindset, able to interact with all members of the team, including senior stakeholders
*Able to produce creative and detailed information for existing and prospective investors.
*Able to work on multiple projects at once and prioritise effectively
*Strong work ethic, motivation and intellectual curiosity
*Ideally a European language (French)
