Job Description:
Responsibilities
*Lead change initiatives, ensuring delivery is of high quality and aligned to the strategic goals of the bank
*Operate as a Delivery Manager on change projects, likely multiple at once
*Manage project workstreams to ensure effective changes
*Manage project budgets and provide effective resource management
*Build working relationships with all stakeholders including Senior Management and Partner
*Provide clear updates on progress, risk and issues
*Hands on delivery on all technical change projects
Experience
*Experience working in small-medium sized firms with hands on delivery of change projects
*Delivery of business, IT change and technical change projects
*Agile and Waterfall experience
*Ability to influence senior stakeholders
*Change management qualification (i.e. APM, PRINCE2 etc) desirable
