A successful multi-strategy fund manager with a strong track record is looking to add to its ops team with an experienced analyst. Ideal experience level is circa 3 – 5 years’ buyside experience to come in and hit the ground running, and L/S equity coverage is a must. The business has been established over a few years and has a fantastic culture. They have a close-knit team that works collaboratively across all areas.
The BAU aspects of this role are centred around general trade lifecycle management, corporate actions, failed trade resolution etc. There will also be some degree of exposure to projects as they are continuously looking to refine and improve their existing infrastructure.
Being in a boutique setup and in an open-plan office, you will need to be confident in navigating different areas of the business. You’ll be given every opportunity to interact and understand how the wider desks operate within the fund.
