Role overview:
As part of the Cluster Reply Consulting team, you will be assisting customers with all facets of the software development life cycle in the delivery of technical solutions with a specific focus on Microsoft Azure Data Services. You will have the opportunity to be given room to grow and expand your technical, and business exposure across a broad base of customers

Responsibilities: *Advise customers regarding suitable data solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies
*Demonstrate a keenness and a desire to learn new technologies and then be able to translate them into sound business solutions
*Supporting customers and providing leadership and technical guidance for Cluster Development teams, can take a hands-on role when needed
*Drive teams that include customer resources to successful outcomes
*To show potential for moving to architectural and leadership roles helping drive a highly successful business
*Act as a mentor for junior staff members ensuring their career progression and objectives delivery
About the candidate: *A minimum Bachelor’s degree (2.1 or higher) is required in IT, Computer Science, or in a Technology-related field
*Have excellent knowledge of Azure Services and have at least worked for at least 3-5 years on relevant technologies e.g. Azure Data Migration, Azure Data Integration etc
*Demonstrable ability to use reasoning and thinking through problems and define as well as lead the development of desired solutions, converting Business requirements into practical solutions and proactive
*Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell), and strong SQL skills for querying and managing data
*Experience with data modelling techniques (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema), with strong knowledge of data normalization and denormalization practices
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
