We have been mandated with an exciting opportunity with one of the leading European Direct Lending platforms, which has provided more than €15bn in capital to European businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
*Evaluating investment opportunities including credit and sector analysis, financial modelling, and due diligence
*Supporting the execution process of Direct transactions
*Preparing IC papers, supporting investment recommendations
*Maintaining communication with sponsors including term sheets and liaison with lawyers regarding legal documentation
*Supporting origination efforts
*Monitoring of portfolio of investments, in conjunction with portfolio team
About you:
*Exceptional academic history
*2-3 years of experience in Leveraged Finance, credit-focused investment funds, M&A/Debt Advisory, or Restructuring from a strong platform
*Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling
*Fluent in German and English
