Role Overview:
The Delivery Manager in Portaltech Reply is accountable for effective delivery of projects and services. Their goal is to bring success as a combination of customer satisfaction, team motivation and growth and project profitability. According to his seniority the DM will manage one or multiple accounts, either to deliver a digital transformation or support service via a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled digital team.
Responsibilites: *Delivery Manager will be responsible for the success of multiple implementation / service delivery projects.
*Will be responsible for the profitability of projects, managing planning and execution of activities during the entire lifecycle of projects.
*Responsible for supporting customers ensuring goals are achieved.
*Responsible for developing long-term relationship with customers, identifying future opportunities.
*Responsible for team growth
About the candidate: *Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Computer Science or in an IT-related field
*You have already gained initial digital project management experience with exposure to agile methodology
*Certifications in relevant project management methodology are a strong asset
*Experience with SAP Commerce
*Strong technical background
*You’re a natural collaborator and you can demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills
