Job Description:
The Counterparty Lifecycle Management change team within our Corporate Operations Group plays a pivotal role in uplifting Macquarie’s Operating Processes for Counterparty Lifecycle Management to meet evolving Regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. This cross-functional team collaborates with specialist business teams to drive change and maintain industry-leading standards.

As a Business Analyst/Project Manager in the Counterparty Lifecycle Management change team, you will lead the implementation of global AML reform and uplift internal policies, standards, and procedures. Your role will involve engaging subject matter experts, gathering requirements, documenting current and future state processes, and performing analysis to deliver change. Additionally, you will have significant stakeholder exposure across our institutional businesses and the Financial Crime Risk team.
What you offer

*8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector, with ambitions to gain experience in Project Management
*Understanding of best practice in Counterparty Lifecycle Management in institutional financial services organizations, including practical real-world experience in KYC processes and/or managing teams in this area
*Knowledge of Agile ways of working and experience in iterative development processes
*Significant Stakeholder Management experience across Institutional Banking lines of defense
*Ability to articulate complex technical problems and their solutions simply
