The Successful Building Surveyor’s Role As a Building Surveyor, you will be a key member of the team, engaging in both residential and commercial property projects, particularly focusing on major insurance claims.
This position offers a full spectrum of professional and project service lines, enabling you to develop and hone your surveying expertise within a well-supported environment.
Key Responsibilities *Deliver a range of building surveying services across both residential and commercial properties
*Manage significant insurance-related projects from initiation to completion
*Provide professional surveying advice, including defect analysis and technical assessments
*Collaborate with senior professionals to ensure high-quality project delivery

The Ideal Building Surveyor *RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying (MRICS beneficial but not essential)
*Previous experience within a construction-focused practice, ideally with residential expertise
