Description
*Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
*Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines.
*Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
*Handle confidential information with discretion.
*Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
*Assist with event planning and implementation.
*Manage and organise office operations and procedures.
*Undertake any other duties consistent with the position of an Executive Assistant.
Profile
A successful ’Executive Assistant’ should have:
*A recognised qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
*Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other office management tools.
