Job Description:
I’m partnered with a PE backed Infrastructure & Engineering firm, recruiting an Interim Director of Corporate Finance as they embark on the next stage of their growth.
This is being recruited on a 6-9-month initial term, paying a day rate of between £800-1,000PD (Outside IR35).
This role will be focused initially on key short-term projects, across corporate development & capital financing. My client is a market leader in their space, operating across several geographies & markets.
You’ll be given full autonomy to deliver several important deliverables, and will play a key part in enabling their long term success.
The Role:
*Lead the negotiation of financing terms, working to secure favourable terms that align with my client objectives and supporting their long-term financial health.
*Oversee pre-investment due diligence to ensure comprehensive risk assessment and validation of the financial and operational position before finalising funding transactions.
*Facilitate completion of institutional financing by navigating the requirements and expectations of investors and lenders.
About You:
*Experience: 8-10 years in investment banking, private equity/venture capital, or in-house Corporate Finance.
*Financial Acumen: Strong skills in financial modelling, valuation methods, and in-depth financial analysis.
*Leadership Skills: Able to work with senior stakeholders, seamlessly ensuring continuity & momentum in line with set timelines.
*Industry Knowledge: Prior experience within capital intensive industries, is a nice to have.
Remuneration, Benefits & Working Pattern:
*Day Rate: Up to £1,000 (Outside of IR35).
*Bonus: Completion bonus on offer, in line with project expectations.
*Location: Access to Central London is necessary, on a 2-3 day a week basis, depending on capacity & requirements.
*Travel: Occasional travel across Europe and the states, 2-4 times per year.
