HR Officer - Temp - Poole - £13.51 per hour
Are you passionate about Human Resources and ready to make a difference in the educational sector? Do you have experience working with ER cases?

HR Officer required in education sector, based in Poole, working with the central HR team covering Employee relations cases along with absence and sickness. This role is a temporary position until February with a possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage Employee Relations (ER) cases with professionalism and empathy.
*Oversee absence and sickness records, ensuring compliance with policies.
*Provide support and guidance to staff on HR-related issues.
*Collaborate with various departments to foster a positive work environment.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in HR, particularly in handling ER cases and managing absence and sickness.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent is desirable.
Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and 8.30am - 4pm on Friday.
