About the Role:
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will manage a diverse caseload, including but not limited to:
*Sales and Purchases of residential properties throughout Devon and beyond
*Re-mortgaging services
*Residential Property Investments and Lettings
*Probate Sales
*New Homes transactions
*Matrimonial Transfers
*Shared Ownership and Joint Ownership
*Help to Buy schemes
Requirements:
*Qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a strong background in residential conveyancing (minimum 2 years’ experience)
*High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent client service
