Job Description:
Are you a Management Accountant looking for an opportunity with career development?
Our client, a growing leader in their industry based in Milton Keynes is currently looking to recruit a Management Accountant. Your skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning will drive decision-making at the heart of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, forecasts, and budgets.
*Analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for business improvements.
*Support decision-making through detailed variance analysis and reporting.
*Collaborate with department heads to create cost-effective financial strategies.
*Monitor and control company expenditure, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
*Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements and audits.
*Maintain and enhance internal financial systems and controls.
Qualifications & Skills:
*Professional qualification - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or finalist level
*Proven experience in management accounting within a fast-paced environment.
*Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
*Excellent communication skills to work effectively across departments.
*Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
