Role: Customer Service Exec
Location: Bedford
Hours: Monday - Friday
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
I am looking for a Customer Service exec to join a friendly and talented team taking overall responsibility for customer service for a manufacturing business in Bedford.

What will you be doing in the Customer Service Exec role?
*Taking customer enquiries
*Loading customer orders
*Updating customers
*Working with internal Sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
*Working with Logistics to ensure delivery dates are met
*Overall responsibility for updating the Sales order book.
*Link up with USA team to ensure their orders are loaded
*Deal with customer queries
What we would like from you:
*Organised with great attention to detail
*Customer Service Experience
*Proactive active with good problem solving skills
*Great communication skills including telephone and email
