Job Description:
Part Time Accounts Assistant, £13ph, Harrogate
Working for a local company in their Head Office who have a presence in various locations in the UK our client is looking for a part-time Accounts Assistant for 25 hours per week.
You will be providing administrative support and be the day-to-day contact for staff members as well as external organisations.
Skills Required:
• 1-2 years’ experience in a Finance function
• Good communicator and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational skills and can work in a methodical manner
• Time management skills
• Proven track record of administrative support
• Strong problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Upload invoices and payments
• Create payment files through the bank accounts
• Posting and reconciling of month end recharges
• Bank account reconciliations
• Utilities / direct third-party invoices and payments
• Assist with internal / external audits
• General finance support
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as required
