Job Description:
In this key role, you will execute Marketing, Customer Loyalty, Foot Traffic and CRM strategy across all products and outlets, ensuring programme delivery across all direct sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Craft and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive brand loyalty strategy aimed at increasing customer engagement, boosting retention, and maximizing sales.
* Lead the execution of all loyalty marketing plans by managing the project calendar and refining the overall promotional direction.
* Conduct in-depth target audience research and apply data-driven customer segmentation to tailor loyalty programs for each audience segment.
* Develop and co-manage the annual business plan and CRM roadmap, focusing on exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* Continuously enhance Loyalty & CRM platforms to create more engaging communications, promotions, and customer experiences.
* Leverage insights, campaign analysis, and customer feedback to fine-tune CRM plans, ensuring improved campaign performance and enhanced customer retention/reactivation.
About You:
*You will possess previous experience of working with CRM Marketing Campaigns - from strategy to execution.
* Experience within a fast-paced retail environment,
*Highly analytical and inquisitive - with experience of working with large customer data
*Experience in translating insights into loyalty strategies and plans
* Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving and project management skills.
