*£50-60k DOE negotiable
Our client is a reputable and growing law firm specialising in residential and commercial conveyancing. Committed to delivering high-quality legal services, they focus on building long-lasting client relationships. I am currently looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a portfolio of conveyancing cases from initial stages through to completion
*Conduct legal research and offer expert guidance on conveyancing issues
*Draft, review, and finalise legal documents, contracts, and agreements
*Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders
Key Requirements:
*In-depth understanding of property law, conveyancing processes, and relevant regulations
*Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and client relationship management
*High attention to detail with excellent organisational abilities
*Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
