Finance Manager *Location: Central London
*Job Type: Full-time
*Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
An innovative Influencer Marketing Agency is seeking a Finance Manager to lead their finance function. This role offers a creative and rewarding working atmosphere, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work closely with the CEO, contributing to senior leadership decisions and business strategy.
Day-to-day of the role: *Manage the full cycle of financial operations, including Cashflow, P&L, and Balance Sheet.
*Handle payroll management.
*Develop quarterly board presentations with industry insights, research, and actionable recommendations.
*Drive monthly reporting, operational efficiencies, and team collaboration with full P&L responsibility across business units.
*Provide reporting and insights to senior leaders to inform business direction.
*Multitask across various legal entities, business models, and levels of work.
*Collaborate with teams across the company to support business growth by contributing financial expertise to strategic initiatives and projects.
*Identify and implement improvements in financial processes.
*Perform bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, recording receipts and invoices, and reconciliation of bank statements and expenses.
*Prepare and complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting.
*Conduct financial planning, annual budgeting, and day-to-day cost management.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Newly Qualified or Qualified ACCA,ACA or CIMA
*Exceptional Excel skills - Intermediate to Advanced knowledge is essential.
*Familiarity with common accounting software, with experience in Xero being a significant advantage.
