KEY DUTIES
*Direct the full evaluation process across projects, from planning through completion and reporting stages.
*Act as a company expert in impact evaluation, building internal expertise and modelling.
*Develop client relationships, provide strategic insights, and align research projects with client goals.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
*Present research findings clearly to clients, policymakers, and stakeholders, ensuring engagement and understanding.
*Stay current with developments in econometrics and social market research for high-quality deliverables.
*Attend weekly Director meetings, contribute to research improvements, and foster team collaboration.
