Temporary HR Coordinator
£15.20 per hour
2 days working from home
8-12 Weeks
Our client is looking to hire a seasoned HR Coordinator to support their dynamic team.
Role Responsibilities:
*Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, and arranging interviews.
*Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
*To support staff induction where required.
*assisting with recruitment activity andsupporting casework as required
*Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
*Staff absence management and entitlement monitoring
*Manage HR documentation and correspondence.
*Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
*Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
The ideal Temporary HR Coordinator will have:
*CIPD Level 3 qualification or be working towards it (desirable)
*Experience working in an HR department.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
*Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
