The support team supports the platform by growing the user base and driving product monetization. This team will offer hybrid, client-facing support for the application suite, while also having back-end access to diagnose application errors, collaborate with support teams for resolution, and assist the Technologist with the latest releases.

The support team supports the platform by growing the user base and driving product monetization. This team will offer hybrid, client-facing support for the application suite, while also having back-end access to diagnose application errors, collaborate with support teams for resolution, and assist the Technologist with the latest releases.
Responsibilities:
*Serve as the first point of contact for the client base regarding product-related inquiries.
*Collaborate with application support to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
*Provide support for all trading and back-office platforms within the enterprise business stream to both internal and external clients.
*Manage system analysis and oversee new system implementations.
*Handle incident management in accordance with ITIL standards.
*Build strong relationships with Application Development teams and business sponsors.
*Leverage a data-driven approach to enhance and monetize product content.
*Liaise with IT and key business stakeholders to drive product changes.
*Expand internal knowledge of the product suite through workshops and training.
*Ensure compliance with the company’s regulatory obligations under SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC, and other applicable exchanges.
*Adhere to the operational risk framework, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company-set parameters.
*Act as a role model, demonstrating the highest standards of integrity and conduct, in alignment with company values.
*Consistently follow the company’s Code of Conduct.
*Ensure awareness of and adherence to all internal policies relevant to your role.
*Report any policy breaches to Compliance or your supervisor as required.
*Escalate risk events immediately.
*Provide input into risk management processes as needed.
Profile
Skills And Experience
*Solid background in Windows, Linux/Unix OS,
*Proven experience using SQL and Python scripting experience
*General front-to-back knowledge of the flow for trading/clearing/operational process in settlement of futures and OTC Energy trade
*Strong understanding of the brokerage business.
*Understanding of the commodity markets in a technology capacity.
*Experience with change and project management methodologies.
*Excellent presentation skills.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
*Python exposure is essential

Job Offer
This role is offering up to £85,000 per annum for the perfect candidate.
The role offers hybrid working - 2 days a week on site are required
This will be a 2 -3 stage process with a technical assessment involved in person
