Senior Digital Project Manager - Digital Ad Campaign work HTML5 / Social
Creative Production Agency
Up to £55,000pa
Must be able to start by Monday 2nd December & be okay for Hybrid working.
Exciting new opportunity at a global production agency who have a mouth-watering client list, and will focus across two important global accounts at the agency. The agency has offices around the world and can offer their clients a range of advertising and production services across video, print and digital.
In this role, we are looking for a client facing Senior Project Manager that has experience working on Digital campaigns production, with a focus on HTML5 and social assets / content. You will get to work on two of their biggest accounts with multiple luxury and FMCG brands under their umbrella.
Some key elements of the role will include:
*Ingesting briefs and media schedules, ensure specifications are accurate and all information is included.
*Brief the digital design team with complete requirements for efficient, high-quality work.
*Keeping all teams updated on production timelines, statuses to meet standards and deadlines.
*Make sure work is QA’d and signed on both from a creative and technical viewpoint, ensuring alignment with guidelines.
*Deliver approved assets to spec, maintaining high standards of work and communication throughout.
*Provide ongoing feedback to clients and account teams and supporting continuous improvement.
*Proactively help to refine workflows, address late briefs with the team, and handle challenges calmly.
This role would suit someone with experience of:
*Digital Ad / content production.
*Receiving, reviewing and understanding digital media plans / schedules.
*Worked on HTML5 campaigns briefing in Design / Digital teams.
*Owning and building Client relationships whilst also managing fast paced, high volume projects.
As mentioned, this is a quick turnaround role - so must be available to start from 2nd December and work 3 days per week onsite in London.
