This high-volume role involves connecting with potential brokers and lapsed clients, scheduling qualified appointments and effectively managing CRM data to support our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Actively reach out and qualify potential new brokers, engaging through multiple touchpoints to drive high-value opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
*Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records for streamlined communication and reporting.
*Reconnect with dormant clients to uncover potential needs, revitalise interest, and help convert opportunities.
*Partner with our Business Development Managers to align on new leads and maximise conversion rates.
What We Offer:
*Base Salary: £26,000-£27,000
*Bonus: £50 per secured broker appointment
*Growth Potential: Opportunity to progress into a Business Development Executive/Manager role
