Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee a diverse portfolio of audit clients, managing complex technical issues and project deliverables from start to finish.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and effective communication.
*Lead, mentor, and develop team members, maintaining high standards of work across the team.
*Contribute to department-wide initiatives, including training programs and pitching new ideas or projects.
*Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client service and team efficiency.
*Uphold the firm’s reputation for excellence by continually striving to solve challenges and drive high-quality results.
Requirements:
*ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, or CIPFA qualified, with relevant post-qualification experience.
*Demonstrated experience managing a large portfolio of audit clients.
*Proficiency with UK GAAP/FRS102 (knowledge of IFRS and listed company audits is advantageous).
*Strong project management abilities and experience with audit software and Microsoft Office.
*A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
