Job Description:
TRAINEE IMPORT CLERK - KEY ACCOUNTS / CUSTOMER SERVICES
Candidate will be keen to get in to the freight industry, with excellent grades in Maths and English and spoken and written English
You will be trained as follows
Working within a team of 8 at the moment but the workload is growing and the team expanding. Operationally dealing with suppliers and buyers, booking collections, completing import entries and delivering into the Delivery Centre for our customer. Mainly Road and Air but they have started looking at Seafreight too.
Candidate will demonstrate a professional, helpful and positive manner at all times
Some Office experience / good IT skills
Strong admin skills
Ability to adapt to different computer systems
Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 / 37.5 hrs p/w)
