Job Description:
Our client, a multinational semiconductor and software design company, seeks a Workforce Planning Analyst for a 6-month contract initially to start ASAP, based in Cambridge (Hybrid), Inside IR35.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and meticulous individual with exceptional Excel skills and a consistent record of workforce planning and administration to join the global Enterprise IT department.
Using your interpersonal skills and high attention to detail, you will ensure our recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes run as efficiently as possible.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and must be keen to pick up new skills, processes, and knowledge.
Responsibilities
Day to day coordination and tracking of all workforce recruitment activities including liaising with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition teams, Suppliers and Finance Business Partners.
3rd Party Subcontractor administration including onboarding and offboarding tasks, budget monitoring and headcount tracking.
Real-time reporting on positions and vacancies.
Helping to evolve and automate the workforce planning processes and tools.
Required Skills and Experience
Advanced Excel skills.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Knowledge of the employee lifecycle and recruitment processes.
Good interpersonal skills, comfortable working with senior leadership roles.
"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience
Experience of using Power BI to develop reports and dashboards.
Familiarity with ServiceNow.
