Job Description:
Role: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Glasgow (Office Based)
Salary: £25,000-£26,000
Pertemps are recruiting Customer Service Administrator to work with our Glasgow based client. The role is office based, shifts are worked on a rotational basis within the hours of 8:45am and 5:30pm. Salary £25,000-£26,000.
We are open to speaking with anyone from a Customer Service or Call Centre background.
Responsibilities:
*Taking inbound calls from customers
*Providing quotations and processing orders
*Operating and maintaining spreadsheets
*Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders
*Producing weekly reports
*Raising contracts and discussing with customers
About You:
*Proven track record within a Customer Service environment
*Experience of working in the hire industry would be advantageous
*The ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise your workload
*The ability to meet deadlines
*Strong attention to detail and be highly organised
*Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
*Proficient skills in MS Office packages including Excel and Word
