The Role: As a Customer Service Professional, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and delivering a superior service experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
*Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
*Maintain customer records by updating account information.
*Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
*Handle customer orders, returns, and exchanges with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Requirements:
*Proficiency in French and/or other languages in addition to English desirable
*Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
*Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
*Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
*A passion for fashion and a keen eye for the latest trends.
