Job Description:
Search are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Administrator. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in purchasing and a desire to grow within a supportive company.
Mon - Fri 9 - 5 (Flexible)
Fully office based, Dundee with free parking
£25,000 - £29,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products
* Liaise with suppliers to confirm order details, track shipments, and resolve any order discrepancies
* Monitor stock levels, anticipate needs, and place orders accordingly to maintain optimal inventory levels
* Maintain accurate records within SAP, ensuring all purchasing data is up-to-date
* Assist in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing
* Work closely with internal departments to ensure purchasing aligns with company needs and timelines
About You:
* Previous experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role;
* Experience with SAP software is highly desirable
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* A proactive individual with a desire to develop and progress within the company
