My client is a well-established, dynamic, and creative cosmetics manufacturer
Due to continued growth and success, the opportunity to recruit a National Sales Manager has arisen to join their driven, passionate, and growing team.

Responsibilities
*The key objective of the role is to secure new clients for the business in targeted market segments including but not limited to the nutritional, health and beauty industries.
*Reporting to the Commercial Director, the candidate will be experienced in generating new opportunities, securing that business, and successfully guiding relationships through to delivered orders.
*Form strong relationships and build trust with prospective clients through effective and honest communication.
*The role will require regular UK travel, and potentially international business trips when necessary.
Requirements
*Experience in a similar role in another cosmetics manufacturer
*The successful applicant will be a tenacious self-starter with a positive outlook and strong influencing and communication skills.
*Excellent interpersonal, analytical and numeracy skills are must-haves while an ambition for leadership responsibilities would be valuable
*A strong commercial awareness and an ability to pick the right opportunities for the business is essential.
