GRADUATE CNC MACHINISTS & APPRENTICES

About You
We looking for graduate machinists, CNC Operators & apprentices to join a reputable business in the Bournemouth/Poole area. The company is looking to take on trainee, CNC Operator or junior level of machinists, to provide full training and support in developing into a fully skilled machinist.

*Participate in R&D activities after probation, contributing to new product development and process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
*Recent graduates, CNC apprentices, or junior-level machinists passionate about a career in precision machining
*Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
*Interest in ongoing learning and development within the manufacturing industry
