Are you interested about the operation of examinations and supporting individuals in achieving their professional qualifications? Join us at the ICAEW as an Exam Delivery Manager within the Education and Training department.
Role Profile
To ensure the smooth-running of the examinations for all ICAEW’s qualifications and those that ICAEW supports (eg JIEB) and ensuring they are delivered effectively. Managing processes and procedures necessary to deliver ACA exams in the globally.
Responsibilities include:
*To support the Head of Exam Delivery in delivering ACA and ICAEW supported exams throughout the globally.
*To manage and control the preparation of the core ACA examinations.
*Accurately creating exam sessions within internal systems and manage the session booking window, including session booking issues.
*To process manual exam applications promptly, ensuring payments have been received or fee waivers have been authorised and all systems are updated correctly.
*Manage exam booking changes ensuring all systems and stakeholders are updated accordingly.
*To manage, review and collate post exam data for review and escalation.
Candidate Profile
Requirements include:
*Excel - intermediate
*Excellent writing and communication skills
*High level of data entry accuracy
*Excellent attention to detail
*Proven ability to prioritise and deliver excellence in a fast-paced environment
*The role has management of an administrator, so prior line management experience is advantageous
