Job Description:
Amour Recruitment is proud to be working with a fast growing Winery based in Farnham who are seeking a skilled Senior Production Operative.
Due to the rural location of the business you must have your own transport.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage Production operations bottling, riddling, disgorging, labelling and warehousing for own label and client wines
*Maintenance and repair on Winery Machinery
*Optimise work flow and stock control
*Manage Staff in production Operations
*Review, update and implement SOPs
*Schedule work flow using winery software
Requirements:
*Strong problem-solving and communication skills
*Great attention to detail
*Self-motivated and well organised
*Ability to lift 20kg
*Ability to fit into a small team
*Counterbalance forklift licence desirable
Hours: 9-17:30 Monday to Friday
Salary: £40,000-£48,000 DOE
