Role overview:
Managing the workflow, absences, and performance of the Administrators in the team.
Working for a leading International law firm in central London!! They boast one of the best reputations in London and are a previous law firm of the year winner!
Salary: up to £44k
Fully office based: As the administrators also work 5 days in the office
Location: City
Duties include:
*Directing appropriate resource and managing workloads
*1:1 meetings with Administrators
*Manage absences and attendance
*Identify training needs within the team
*Assist with recruitment and new starter processes
*Organise and lead team meetings
*Implement new training throughout the team
Experience required:
*Some supervisory experience
