Job Description:
*Produce financial statements
*Preparation of year end financial statements FRS102
*Liaise with external auditors
*Support in the statutory reporting elements of the group
*Produce financial statements for group companies
*Treasury and cashflow forecasting to aid management decisions
*Responsibility for capex control and reporting in the business
*Preparation and submission of VAT returns
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Support the CFO and PE partners with any ad-hoc analysis required
Key Skills:
*Experience of preparing statutory financial statements
*Experience of dealing with HMRC and external auditors
*IFRS and FRS102 experience
*Strong IT skills including accounting software and MS Office. Strong excel modelling and knowledge. Be confident in using and switching between different software programs
*Part Qualified, studying towards AAT/CIMA/ACCA
