Job Description:
As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving specific sales goals both for a given customer portfolio and new leads while also delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the process.
As we embark on a new journey with our partner, we require someone who has previous, extensive knowledge of the market and navigating client relationships through a start-up period.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute customer account plans to achieve predetermined operational targets in alignment with national targets
*Engage with new accounts, build relationships with existing customers.
*Work closely with Marketing and Finance teams to develop successful commercial proposals and timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
*Ensure sales processes are efficient and documented and customer complaints are managed effectively.
*Update product knowledge through regular discussion and sharing information.
*Continuously monitor and analyze sales achievements, assisting Kaizen activities as well as adjustment to business strategies to achieve sales targets.
What do we need from you?
*Strong experience minimum in Light Commercial Vehicle Sales, EV sales experience is a plus.
*Experience selling to large fleets is preferred.
*Time Management: Efficiently managing one’s time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
*People skills: good interpersonal skills, ability to build strong professional relationships
*Stress Tolerance: Maintaining composure and effectiveness under pressure and challenging situations.
*Achievement/Effort: Demonstrating a strong drive to achieve goals and put in necessary effort.
