Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Band 5 Mental Health Nurse to join our team, delivering high-quality care to patients with mental health needs. This role provides the opportunity to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery and mental well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct assessments, and plan and implement individualized care for patients with mental health conditions.
*Provide therapeutic support and monitoring, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
*Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver comprehensive care plans.
*Support patients and their families with education and guidance to help manage mental health conditions.
*Maintain accurate patient records and uphold trust standards in all aspects of care.
Requirements:
*Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
*Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
*Commitment to professional development and delivering the highest standards of mental health care.
